Invoices need our VAT ID Invoices need the company's VAT ID on them. Finance cannot book the receipts without a VAT number and invoice number on them, so company tax details should be added to invoices.

Meeting notes should attach to the calendar event automatically and show up in the event description. Today links have to be pasted by hand. A workaround would be acceptable for now, but a real fix would be better.

Pause subscription instead of cancelling
Add a pause option for subscriptions that keeps the account's data while stopping billing. The customer only uses Northwind Notes during the semester, so a pause option would stop them from cancelling and re-subscribing twice a year. The current behaviour has been like this since the September release.

Sync conflicts silently overwrite the newer version on Windows
When I edit the same note on my laptop and phone within a minute, Northwind Notes keeps whichever device synced last and the other edit is gone. Please show a conflict copy instead of overwriting. This happens on the desktop app and in the browser.
