Pause subscription instead of cancelling

Add a pause option for subscriptions that keeps the account's data while stopping billing. The customer only uses Northwind Notes during the semester, so a pause option would stop them from cancelling and re-subscribing twice a year. The current behaviour has been like this since the September release.
